The terminal building and primarily aimed to serve arriving passengers. The passenger will have to collect RFID card while entering and deposit it at the time of exit. From the point of entry to exit, there will be a free time of 05 minutes. Thereafter, charges will be applicable.

Reporting time for passengers travelling by domestive flights is 45 min and for the international flights is 2 hours. However, passengers are requested to check with respective airlines well in advance.

Further we also request all our passengers to proceed directly to immigration after collecting their boarding pass from our check in counters. Please note that passengers who are not inside the security hold area 30 minutes prior to departure time will be offloaded from the flight.

Total 6 Nos. of Ticketing counters are available at Nagpur Airport.

22 Nos of check in counters are available at Nagpur Airport. Apart from that 2 Nos of self check in kiosk are also available.

At Nagpur Airport you may make use of the trolleys free of charge. Trolleys are easily accessible and made available at all major touch points like baggage reclaim, arrivals, departures etc. The trolleys can be taken up to your flight check in, to the parking areas. However, trolleys are not permitted beyond the security check area keeping in mind the safety and security measure for the passengers.
